We are currently looking for an Architectural Sales Representative specializing in brick and stone veneer products. This position can be based out of anywhere but also goes to the Neville Island Showroom. The Architectural Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging in business development through Architectural and Engineering Representation. This position requires excellent customer service skills and offers on-site product expertise and insights. This individual will actively seek new business through Architectural contacts, as well as, identify leads and potential prospects based on vital input through interactions with clients.
Responsibilities:
· Specifies / promotes / secures orders from existing and prospective Architects and Engineers through a relationship-based approach
· Active involvement in related industry associations
· Effective Architectural box lunch presentations
· Demonstrate products and services to existing / potential customers and assist them in selecting product best suited to their needs
· Collaborate with various departments within the company to insure customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner
· Develop clear and effective proposals / quotes for customers based on their ongoing projects and selected material
· Complete necessary administrative work that aligns with business operation
· Communicate with management on prospective projects, customer needs, problems, competitor activities, advertising and promotional requirements, and product trends
Qualifications/Skills:
· Knowledge of Architectural and Engineering Community

· Excellent Time Management – Self-Starter / Self-Managed

· Construction Background
· Design Background – Masonry Preferred
Education/Experience:
· Associate’s in Architecture or Engineering, Construction or a related field preferred
· Demonstrated sales, customer service or related experience preferred
· Familiarity with masonry or construction industries preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Products

CLASS A CDL DRIVER
We are seeking full-time CDL Class A Drivers
· Regional Drivers: based out of Aliquippa, Greensburg, Springdale, and Wampum, PA
· Local Flatbed Drivers: based out of Greensburg, PA
· Dry Bulk Drivers: based out of Wampum, PA
Requirements:
· Valid CDL Class A Driver's License required
· Good safety record
· Must be at least 21 years old
· 1 year experience preferred, but not required
· Knowledge of steel coil securement, tarping, and strapping of materials are preferred but not necessary.

CLASS B CDL DRIVER
We are seeking full-time CDL Class B Drivers
· Positions based out of: Greensburg, PA
Requirements:
· Valid CDL Class B Driver's License required

· 1 year experience preferred, but not required
· Knowledge of steel coil securement, tarping, and strapping of materials are preferred but not necessary.

We are currently looking for Machine Operators. First & Second Shift positions available, depending on location.
Positions based out of: Aliquippa, Springdale, & Wampum, PA
Requirements:
· Set up equipment for production runs
· Maintain equipment and repair as needed
· Be familiar with cube patterns and the operation of Paco/Columbia equipment
· Build cubes per company specifications
· Assist with all other plant functions
· Cooperate with others when in a team environment
· Accept direction from supervisors
· Follow work rules and procedures
· Safety is a priority
· Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to pass a drug test

· Detail oriented
Education/Experience:
· Previous experience with CMU production preferred but not required
· Required education: High school Diploma or equivalent
· Ability to 40+ hours a week and overtime as needed

We are currently looking for full-time (plus some overtime) forklift operators. Our forklift operators are responsible for loading and unloading concrete products. Operators may work in a warehouse as needed.
Positions based out of: Aliquippa, Cambridge Springs, Springdale, & Wampum, PA
Requirements:
· Responsible for loading and unloading trucks using related equipment
· Picking and packaging orders.
· Maintaining simple inventory.
· Verify items received.
· Perform basic maintenance to forklift related equipment
· Cooperate with others when in a team environment
· Accept direction from supervisors
· Follow work rules and procedures
· Safety is a priority
· Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to pass a drug test

· Knowledge of safety measures to be taken during forklift operation
Education/Experience:
· Previous experience operating a forklift preferred but not required
· Required education: High school Diploma or equivalent
